Balancing the Fascia & Liberating the Space Element
In this course, we go in-depth with four techniques which help to Liberate the Space Element in the body and in the nervous system. There are more than four hours of material - it is about half didactic teachings and half experiential hands-on going through the exercises together.
When the Space Element is flowing more openly and gracefully, we feel more harmonious, more balanced, and a sense of inner peace. Having greater access to the Space Element is crucial for working with and benefiting people with a history of complex trauma.
In this course we unpack the benefits of these exercises, the anatomy of each individual hold, and we talk about why we want to balance the fascia. We answer these questions (and more!): What is the Space Element? Why is it important to liberate it? How does the Space Element relate to the other Four Elements?
