Course Curriculum
The Space Element
In this course, we are primarily discussing the Space Element in the Subtle Energy Body. You do not need to understand this (or have ever heard of it before) to benefit from this course! In fact, doing the techniques in this course will start to expand the Space Element in your system if you are open and curious and willing to surrender a tiny bit more.
When we expand (Liberate) the Space Element, there are many benefits, including feeling more harmonious, balanced, feeling a sense of inner peace and stillness. Plus, there are more benefits that we unpack in the course.
The Space Element is associated with the throat chakra. The bridge element between Source and the four elements of Form. We unpack some of this, but we are keeping this course approx. four hours long. Therefore, we provide a number of resources that you can explore on your own in conjunction with the course material.
